CIP system
Made entirely of stainless steel for cleaning in the cycle
The CIP system was developed for the hygienic cleaning of production facilities and tanks. Acid or lye is pumped into the fermentation tank to be cleaned, from there it is circulated via a CIP lance and then pumped back into the container after use. Backflow is simply carried out via a hose, which leads back through the open lid back into the respective storage tank.
