How long does it take until I can drink the first beer?

You need almost half a day for brewing. Depending on the quantity and the recipe, the fermentation process takes 3 to 5 days and the maturing in bottles, party barrels or kegs (beverage recipients) takes 2 to 5 weeks. Then the beer can be tasted.

Can I brew all sorts of beer that exist?

All sorts of beer can be brewed: wheat beer, light beer, Maerzen beer, stout beer, Kölsch (Cologne) beer, Pilsner beer and many more. The brewing procedure simply depends on the recipe, the ingredients and the fermenting temperature.

Can I do it even if I am a beginner?

A detailed brewing and instruction manual is included in the Braumeister delivery. This also includes a short instruction which will guide you through the brewing process step by step. We also offer brewing kits with all required raw materials. You may purchase any necessary brewing accessories in the Speidel shop. You had better take some more time for your first brewing trial, and possibly, you should prepare your first brew already one day before calmly and in your own time. The simple and professional handling of the Braumeister makes it easy and comfortable even for beginners to brew their own quality beer.
