You have always been eager to learn how you can brew your own refreshing beer from hop, water and malt? Or you simply wish to learn something more about your favourite drink? So to quench your thirst for knowledge, we invite you to take part in one of the brewing courses “Beer from Me”! You and other beer enthusiasts will learn a lot of interesting things worth knowing about raw materials and how they are processed and finally used in beer production. Go very close through centuries of the old tradition of the brewers’ handcraft and take part in a brewing process actively. Take it literally and ‘mind your own beer business’ simply by brewing your own beer. Whether you take part in a beginners’ or a crash course – every participant will finally be awarded his personal ‘beer diploma’.

Programme

Once your personal brewing specialist has welcomed you and presented himself you will proceed and start learning straight away! You will be introduced to the World of Beer with a pretzel and your first home-made beer. Then you will learn everything about the structure of a brewery and you will already be expert enough to have a professional start: Your brewing adventure will commence, you will produce your own beer! At the end of the course, you will have no difficulty in passing the “Beer Expert’s Exam” and getting the “Beer Expert’s Diploma”. Finally, enough time will be left for you to ask any questions to the beer specialist in a friendly get-together.

There will be some selected brewing courses in which you will specifically learn to brew your beer using the Braumeister.
